Victoria Rudd, MSW is the Lead Community Affairs Specialist for Discover Financial Services. As a native Chicagoan she is highly involved with her community not only in her day-to-day roles with connecting community-based organizations to corporate resources, but also by serving on the auxiliary board of two prominent organizations (Chicago Youth Centers and Cara Collective). She obtained her bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri in 2018 and her master's degree in social work from the University of Chicago in 2022. She prides herself in being able to utilize her educational experiences in tandem with her professional experiences to be a bridge builder and an emerging leader in Chicago. Aside from her role, she enjoys a good Chicago summer as she has prime access to Chicago's lakefront as a Bronzeville resident.
