Digital collections are created as a courtesy in order to provide greater access to the collections at the Loyola University Chicago Archives and Special Collections. Digital collections represent a small fraction of the entire collection.

Copyright
Broad public access to collections at the Loyola University Chicago Archives and Special Collections via digital collections is provided as a contribution to education and scholarship. Content in these collections is protected by the US Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S.C.). Use of these materials may be subject to other legal rights such as publicity rights, privacy rights, other intellectual rights, etc. Reproduction or transmission of materials protected by copyright beyond that allowed by fair use requires the written permission of the copyright owners. Additional permissions may be required as noted.
Researchers should consult the Loyola University Chicago Archives and Special Collections for information about rights and permissions. Responsibility for securing the necessary permissions rests with the persons wishing to use the item(s).

Student Publications
Digital versions of the following student publications are available through the Loyola University Chicago Archives and Special Collections website, Loyola eCommons, and/or the Internet Archive. This is in addition to the physical copies available at the Loyola Archives and Special Collections.
While the student staffers who worked on these publications attempted to correctly identify people, places, and events, the information contained in these publications may not be 100% accurate.

Take-Down Policy
Persons who have questions or who wish to contest the includsion of specific works in digital collections may contact the Loyola University Chicago Archives and Special Collections at archive@luc.edu.
Please include the following information in all such communications:
- The reason for the request.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity and that is requested to be removed. Please include the URL for the item.
- Signature of the copyright owner (physical or electronic).
All correspondence will be answered within a reasonable time.
