Leonard Caramela

Why did you want to join the Loyola University Chicago Alumni Association Board of Directors and/or why have you continued for another term on the board? 
I wanted to join the LUCAA Board of Directors because I want to support Loyola. I enjoy the idea of serving as a resource to Alumni Relations in developing programs, events, and plans to promote alumni engagement and the mission of Loyola. 

What is one of your favorite Loyola memories as a student and/or alum? 
One of my favorite Loyola memories as a student was my graduation ceremony. Some of my favorite Loyola memories as an alum, were serving as a docent at the Loyola University Museum of Art (LUMA), Loyola hosting the NCAA Men's Volleyball Tournament in 2014, and back-to-back Men's Volleyball National Championships in 2014 and 2015. Another favorite memory was the men's basketball run to the Final Four in 2018.
