Loyola Secure Access
Loyola Secure Access (LSA) is a service that securely provides users with anytime, anywhere access to the Loyola network. Once connected to LSA, you can securely access campus resources from virtually anywhere with an Internet connection. Loyola University Chicago provides access to LSA on an as-needed basis. LSA is an upgrade to our existing VPN service. If you have access to the old VPN at vpn.luc.edu, you already have access to LSA.
For help with LSA, please contact the ITS Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 773-508-4ITS.
First Time Users
Before using LSA for the first time, you must set up your account for two-factor authentication. For instructions on how to get set up once you have been provided with access, see First Time Setup.

Notice: LSA requires the latest version of Java to be installed on your machine.
Notice: For Mac users, OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) or 10.11 (El Capitan) is recommended for full functionality. Upgrading to OS X 10.12 (Sierra) will break compatibility with LSA.
OS X 10.8 or 10.9 users should refer to the FAQ section entitled "Having trouble installing Junos Pulse". OS X versions prior to 10.8 are not compatible.
