Informatics and Clinical Research (ICR)

The Informatics and Clinical Research (ICR) team provides several specialized research support services including “honest broker” data services, preparatory-to-research analyses for research cohorts, large-scale natural language processing (NLP) of clinical records, and acquisition of medical imaging and physiological data (e.g., ECG) from intermediate platforms.  The ICR team constructs and manages the institution’s clinical data repositories and provides support for development of advanced informatics analytics.  For more information or to request services, contact the Informatics and Clinical Research team.
