We can't avoid finals week, but we can transform our response to it!
The Wellness Center, in partnership with University Libraries, is offering mindfulness resources for students during finals week. These brief meditations are meant to help students refresh and reset between finals. These meditations were recorded by Dianna Stencel, a social worker at the Wellness Center and a mindfulness expert.
