Changing your PIN

Please note that these instructions only apply to users who remember their PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN and/or security questions, the ITS Help Desk will need to reset these for you.  They can be contacted at 773-508-4ITS (773-508-4487) or helpdesk@luc.edu.

1. Navigate to the Self-Service Console (secureauth.luc.edu), log on, and select “change PIN” under My Authenticators → On-Demand Authentication.

2. Enter your current PIN in the first box, and in the second and third box, enter your new PIN. Remember that your PIN must be between 4 and 8 characters long. Once you have entered this information, click “OK”.

3. You will receive a confirmation at the top of the next page confirming your PIN change.
