Scholarships through the TNT Foundation

Bionca Jimenez, a Kelly High School alumna and TNT’s first scholarship recipient attended a TNT study session at Kelly to encourage freshmen to take advantage of the program’s yearlong resources.

Bionca is completing her Associates Degree at Moraine Valley Community College this semester and beginning classes at the University of Illinois Chicago.

Target New Transitions awards scholarships through the Target New Transitions Foundation. High school seniors who faithfully attended TNT as freshmen can apply for a TNT scholarship to help them make their next transition out of high school and into a post-secondary institution.

The criteria used to select scholarship recipients includes class attendance during 4 years of high school, academic performance, extra curricular involvement, demonstrated financial need, verified acceptance in degree granting post-secondary institution or technical school and 2 academic references
