About

Brendan Carson earned a BS in Ecology and Anthropology from the University of Michigan in 2008. He taught field-based environmental education in California and Texas before earning an MS in Entomology from Michigan State University. He began working as a research associate at Loyola University Chicago in 2014, where he also teaches Biogeography and Field Entomology. He has a strong interest in natural history, ecology, restoration, and science communication.
