Study abroad in Rome, Beijing, or Vietnam this Summer or Fall

Applications for the John Felice Rome Center, The Beijing Center, and the Vietnam Center are currently open for both summer and fall semesters. Our international campuses offer a wide variety of courses that suit individual students’ majors and CORE requirements. The deadline for the summer semester is March 15th and fall semester is April 1st, but programs may fill sooner.

The Beijing Center offers an opportunity to experience the splendor of China while studying its past, present, and future. In the summer, students may participate in the ChinaGreen program, a four-week long environmental studies travel course that combines lecture with field research in Beijing, Shanghai, and a variety of other rural landscapes and national parks. In the fall, students can take courses from a range of subjects, which are all taught in English, and study Mandarin Chinese.  TBC offers a number of scholarships for students, as well.  Find out more information and view deadlines here

Immerse yourself in Loyola’s Vietnam Center program through a hands-on service learning placement and learn about the developing cultural, political, and social issues shaping Vietnam today.  Students may take courses this fall in business, theology, history, and Vietnamese.  Experience Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring countries in cost-covered academic excursions, and build friendships with Vietnamese cultural partners. Scholarships are available for students studying at the Vietnam Center. Click here for more information.  The deadline for fall semester and scholarships is April 1st

Take advantage of having all of Europe at your fingertips while taking classes at the JFRC this summer or fall!  In the summer, students may choose to attend classes in the first, second, or both sessions. Session II offers the Fusion Experience, in which students are able to take two courses that allow students to combine their classroom knowledge with hands-on experiences in either Sicily or Abruzzo. Learn more about summer in Rome here! In the fall, students may take courses from a wide variety of disciplines, including theology, biology, and classical studies. Those interested in studying at the JFRC may apply for scholarships to make studying in Europe that much more affordable.  The deadline for summer and fall scholarships is February 15th.
