Guidelines
Each department in the Division of Student Development is responsible for:

Preparing an annual assessment plan and sharing the plan with the Director of Assessment.

Developing and measuring learning outcomes for students. Outcomes should be articulated for the department as a whole and for specific programs/initiatives within that department.

Implementing systems and processes to collect and analyze data on student learning, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data collection whenever possible. Information will be included in the Division’s Annual Report.

Ensuring timely dissemination of data and analyses for continuous improvement of practice.

Evaluating the collected data and determining how the information gleaned will be used to enhance programs.

Submitting Data Collection Forms for signature activities each semester, and an Annual Assessment Report to the Division of Student Development.
