What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?

My favorite thing about working at Loyola Chicago is the sense of community and our shared Jesuit mission. Loyola Chicago's emphasis on cura personalis and our commitment to social justice, diversity, and transformative education create a deeply meaningful work environment.

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?

I am a triple alumna of Loyola Chicago and I am proud to be part of a university that celebrates life-long learning. My most memorable achievement is having the privilege of supporting a vast population of students in their own unique journeys.

What does Loyola's mission mean to you?

To me, the Loyola Chicago mission means striving to live out the values of cura personalis (care for the whole person), magis (the pursuit of excellence), and a commitment to justice and service. Loyola's mission represents a call to act with compassion, embrace diversity, and make meaningful contributions to the greater good.

What motivates you to succeed each and every day?

I value the relationships that I have built with colleagues, and I am motivated by the shared achievement of collaboration.

I take pride in contributing to the transformative educational experience Loyola Chicago offers, knowing that I play a role in advancing the university’s mission and positively impacting the lives of students and the broader community.
