Meet BSW Program Director
Jeanne Sokolec, EdD, LCSW
Although I direct the undergraduate program, I also teach in the MSW and doctoral programs with a focus on policy practice. My MA in Philosophy has a focus on “healthcare ethics” which are very closely aligned with ethics of the social work profession. In the last couple of years, I have developed and taught courses online.
I also lecture on organizational ethics with a focus on the organization’s responsibilities to staff. For fun, I love to travel, go to theater and opera, needlepoint, and try new restaurants.
When you are on the 12th floor of Lewis Towers, come by and introduce yourself.
