Binita M. Donohue, MSW, LCSW

Clinical Assistant Professor

Binita Donohue's passion is to help schools and organizations recognize systems of oppression and replace them with systems taht are generative. As a free and appropriate education continues to be the only entitlement program available to every person in the U.S., the purpose of public schools becomes so much more than a space for teaching and learning. As an immigrant to the U.S., culture and race have always had a profound impact on her life. Building awareness of these dynamics in interpersonal and institutional practices is of great professional interest. Professor Donohue integrates identity awareness into her practice in order to help people uncover their true and full identities.
