Over her 22-year career, Michelle has created and championed award-winning, smartly integrated campaigns for world-class consumer and healthcare brands such as Ragú Pasta Sauce, DISH Network, Stelara, Prezista, Prezcobix, Similac Baby Formula and Jim Beam Bourbon. Whether it's leading a creative team through a multi-channel brand launch, writing a 140-character twitter post, brainstorming a new campaign or developing a new TV spot, Michelle’s goal is to make work that changes consumer behavior and gets results.
Michelle is currently VP, Managing Creative Director at Scout Marketing. Before joining Scout, Michelle spent two years as a Group Creative Director at HAVAS Worldwide Chicago. Michelle’s recent experience also includes five years at FCB Chicago, where she was a VP, Creative Director for the consumer healthcare team.
Outside the office, Michelle enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with her husband, Darin Melnyk, and their dog Cajun, who is a rescue from Hurricane Katrina. Michelle lives in the city of Chicago and can often be found cheering on her beloved Chicago sports teams, including the Da Bears, Chicago White Sox, Blackhawks and Bulls.
