Mary Jo Zefeldt

Mary Jo Zefeldt is an animator and user experience researcher/designer from Chicago, Illinois. She teaches Introduction to 2D animation at Loyola University Chicago.  Mary Jo previously worked as an attorney and project manager to create graphics and animations for use in litigation.  Her short animated film “Decision” is currently making the rounds on the film festival circuit.  Mary Jo is currently working to complete her M.F.A. in Animation thesis film “Kid’n Around” as well as coursework for a M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction at DePaul University. She has recently spoken at both CIMMFEST in Chicago and Games for Change, partner festival to the Tribeca film festival.
