Annual Organization Requirements
There are 3 annual, mandatory requirements that must be completed by student organizations in order to remain in good standing with SAGA and the University.
Registered Student Organizations (RSO) are required to annually renew their LUCentral registration between the last CAN Meeting (in early April) and the applicable annual registration deadline.
Priority Annual Student Organization Registration Renewal Deadline: May 20th, 2016
Priority registration renewal deadline submissions will provide the student organization with priority access to Fall 2016 Student Organization Fair participation. This also includes all regular student organization privileges and responsibilities outlined within the Student Organization Handbook.
Regular Annual Student Organization Registration Renewal Deadline: June 17th, 2016
Regular registration renewal deadline submissions will provide each student organization with standard access to Fall 2016 Organization Fair participation. This also includes all regular student organization privileges and responsibilities outlined within the Student Organization Handbook.
Student organization Advisors are required to approve the LUCentral Student Organization Advisor Agreement (included in the annual student organization LUCentral registration form) in order to complete the process for annual registration renewal. Student organization leaders are expected to connect with their listed advisor to ensure the advisor is willing and able to support the organization for the next academic year. LUCentral Student Organization Advisor Agreement approval must be noted PRIOR to the applicable deadline date to complete annual registration requirements and receive applicable incentives based on registration deadline date.
Missing the regular annual student organization renewal deadline will result in a loss of Start-Up Funding, a hold placed on currently allocated funds, and the student organization will be prohibited from participating in the Fall Student Organization Fair.
Sponsored Student Organizations (SSO)are required to renew their registration annually by the regular student organization registration renewal deadline. SSOs may also participate in the Priority Annual Student Organization Registration deadline of as well. SSOs who miss the annual student organization registration regular deadline will prohibit the organization from participating in the Fall Student Organization Fair.

Attendance at the RSO E-Board Orientation is mandatory for successful annual student organization transition. Each organization must send the President and Treasurer to attend one RSO E-Board Orientation.
CAN meetings are held once a month (September-November and February-April) and representation from each RSO is mandatory.
