If something is broken and needs to be fixed, file a maintenance report by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, room number, and a description of the problem in the e-mail. If it is not repaired within 48 hours, please contact an SLA. If it is an emergency such as a water leak, contact the SLA on duty immediately. There is no maintenance staff available during the weekends unless it is an emergency; most repairs will not be fixed until the week begins. The earlier you report a maintenance problem, the faster it can be fixed.
