How long have you lived in Baumhart?
I've only lived in Baumhart for a semester, beginning at the start of my sophomore year.
Why did you elect to live in Baumhart?
I chose to live in Baumhart because I wanted the chance to really live and experience the heart of Chicago. Living in the middle of it all is something that I've always wanted to try, so getting the opportunity to live here made that happen. There are so many things to do and so many places to go, and I was so thankful that I got the chance to do it through Loyola.
In what ways are you involved in the Baumhart community?
I really am a part of the Baumhart community because I work in the Res-Life office located in the Baumhart hall. I'm one of the Office Assistants here, so I get to help out so many students and learn what it's like to live here, but also what it's like to really bring the Water Tower community together with one another.
What is your favorite part about living in Baumhart?
My favorite part about living in Baumhart is that every resource I can ever need is only a few blocks away. I can get groceries, new clothes, and anything else I could ever need with just a five minute walk. It's rare that someone can live in a place where everything is literally at their fingertips.
