Top in Chicago
The latest U.S. News rankings place Quinlan's undergraduate programs as top in Chicago. Additionally, three majors ranked among the nation's best.
The Quinlan School of Business continues to be ranked among the best locally and nationally, according to the 2025 U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges ranking.
Top business programs
Quinlan's undergraduate business program continues to be #1 in Chicago, a ranking it has held for more than 10 consecutive years. Nationally, the program is #94.
Additionally, three of Quinlan bachelor's programs are ranked in the top 25 in the nation and the best in Chicago:
- Information Systems and Analytics is #18 in the nation
- Marketing is #19 in the nation
- Accounting is #21 in the nation
Preparing difference makers
The high rankings are directly related to Quinlan's mission, says Dean Michael Behnam.
"The Quinlan School of Business is honored to be recognized once again for excellence in undergraduate business education," said Behnam in a Loyola University Chicago press release. "Our commitment is empowering difference makers through a transformative, values-driven, and hands-on education is reflected in these rankings."
Quinlan's undergraduate programs are taught in the heart of Chicago by industry-leading faculty. Their work in and outside of the classroom contributes to Loyola's ranking as a Top 100 Best Value School and as #132 among national universities in the country.
About the rankings
Released on September 24, 2024, the U.S. News Best College rankings for undergraduate business programs are based on peer surveys of deans and senior business faculty around the country. Graduate program rankings are released annually in the spring.
