Karyn Dossinger
Assistant Professor
Karyn's teaching expertise spans both OB and HR; she has taught classes in leadership, organizational behavior, positive organizational scholarship, staffing, and human resource development. Karyn’s research examines how people successfully navigate career transitions such as choosing a career, finding and starting a new job, and deciding to retire. She also conducts research on the role of curiosity in employee learning, development, and creativity. Prior to her academic career, Karyn worked in HR and marketing strategy consulting for over a decade.
