Alumni Career Services
Business Career Services offers comprehensive career management services, programs, and resources to alumni from the Quinlan School of Business.
Business Career Services staff assists alumni in making satisfying and informed career decisions, setting appropriate goals, and creating opportunities to help meet those goals. Services are customized and personalized to meet the needs of Quinlan alumni relevant to their present career stage. Services include:
Registration with Handshake
Registering with Handshake, the Career Services recruiting technology, allows alumni opportunities to participate in career-related activities and workshops, networking events, career fairs, corporate presentations, and online job postings. Register and complete your profile.
Career Coaching Appointments
Loyola alumni have the opportunity to meet with a Career Coach for one-on-one career support. The appointment could be used for a resume/cover letter critique, interview practice, job search strategy, or a career management discussion. Special Events & Workshops
Throughout the year, Career Services sponsors a variety of career networking events, seminars, industry forums, and alumni/employer panel discussions. These special programs are designed to help students and alumni be relevant in the marketplace, assist in a career or job search, or help in career advancement. Additional information about other valuable career events is also communicated via the Events Calendar in Handshake.
LoyolaLinked
Through LoyolaLinked (formerly Loyola Mentors), Quinlan alumni can find professional connections and advice, as well as provide undergraduate and graduate students with critical insights.

Share Your Success Stories
Career Services would love to celebrate and share your success throughout Quinlan and the University at large. We want to capture your story describing your Loyola Experience and how you found your current position. Highlight in 1-2 paragraphs your educational and professional path to where you are today. Obstacles, challenges, resources, support, what inspired and motivated you, etc., these are areas and topics to think about that can help you describe your career journey. More specifically:
- Education (i.e., your major, relevant coursework, faculty/staff who've helped you, etc.)
- Experiences (i.e., past or present full-time or part-time jobs, internships, volunteer experiences, community service)
- Campus Involvement (i.e., student organizations, extracurricular activities)
- Influencers (i.e., anyone you've come across who has helped you in your career development, given you advice, mentored you such as Business Career Services, classmates, parents, friends, etc.)

Jesuit Career Consortium for Students
The Jesuit Career Center Consortium is a partnership of Jesuit university and college Career Centers in which students and recent alumni can receive a uniform set of services and assistance with internship and job searches from the Career Centers for all students and recent alums at the other 27 Jesuit colleges and universities nationally.
