Jane Scudder

Jane Scudder joins Quinlan as a certified coach, consultant, and facilitator, as well as a brand strategist, marketing and advertising leader, and culture builder.

She holds a life coaching certification and is working towards her International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the oldest and most robust in-person coach training in the world. Jane partners with individuals and groups to navigate their careers, teams, and personal lives.

She launched her career in TV advertising and has over a decade of experience in brand strategy, advertising, and marketing management at Fortune 100 and 200 companies, and start-ups alike. Jane regularly draws on these experiences, particularly from early in her career, while teaching Loyola’s BSAD “Career Preparation” classes.

She has built and led a college internship program, a global culture organization, and actively contributes as an author to well-known career outlets such as Career Contessa and Fairygodboss.com.

Jane is an empathetic, goal-oriented professional and educates on these topics as well.

She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Virginia, two disciplines that continue to have a large influence on her approach to coaching, workplace culture advising, brand strategy, and education.
