About

Professor Burt Abrams is a Human Resources Professional of 42 years. He spent 18 years in the corporate world of Human Resources with his emphasis being in Recruiting, Labor Relations and Training & Development. Mr. Abrams worked for the Chicago Sun Times, Interlake Corporation and Sweetheart Corporation in various capacities.

24 years were spent as the owner of B. J. Abrams & Associates a successful boutique executive search firm servicing different industries and filling positions at all levels of management.

Mr. Abrams has been teaching over 20 years with the last 8 years at Loyola University. He has taught at Oakton Community College, Northeastern College in Chicago and National Louis College and the Midwest Management Association.
