The Rambler Investment Fund's Fall Pitches

Join us for the Rambler Investment Fund's semesterly pitches, where our analysts present investment ideas to a crowd of professors and industry professionals. Pitches range from equities such as GE to relative value FX plays. Analysts will pitch their ideas in three to four minutes and then take questions for an additional three to four minutes. The event kicks off at 4pm and will go roughly to 5:30pm. Beverages and hor d'oeuvres will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there. Click here to register for the event! 

Rambler Investment Fund Meetings

The Rambler Investment Fund (RIF) is a student-run global macroeconomic fund with the explicit goal of generating an absolute return. Introduction to Algorithmic Trading

This meeting will discuss how to build a stock market trading strategy using Quantopian, an online stock backtester developed in Python. This introductory level workshop will give you the ability to create and backtest your own basic trading strategies using Quantopian pipelines. The workshop will take place Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM CDT in the Quinlan's Business Analytics Lab. For more information click here
