In 2011, the CME Group Foundation awarded Loyola’s School of Business Administration, now the Quinlan School of Business, a $1 million grant to support the creation of an innovative Business Analytics Lab. The lab opened in the Schreiber Center, the new home of the Quinlan School of Business, in August 2015.
This grant enabled us to:
Build a 56-seat lab that simulates real-world challenges in finance and business analytics. The lab is equipped with Bloomberg Terminals and live financial market indicators, as well as other financial and analytics software tools.
Allow students to acquire hands-on experience and prepare to compete in a marketplace that values applied learning and practical experience.
Offer students, faculty, and alumni a configurable space for group collaborations, trainings, workshops, and presentations.
The CME Group Foundation's generous grant has enabled Loyola’s Quinlan School of Business to reinforce its position as a thought leader in Chicago's business and academic communities.
