I work as an adjunct faculty member in the exercise science program teach undergraduates and graduates about the benefits of exercise from the elite athlete to the special populations with chronic disease. I specialize in injury management and sports medicine.  When I am not teaching I am the head athletic trainer for Loyola's Athletic department.  I care for our Men's Basketball team and the health of all of our student athletes.  I get the pleasure of putting exercise to practice everyday with our athletes.

What prompted you to pursue your field?

I have always been a fan of sports and exercise. In addition, I am interested in medicine, but most of all excited about helping people.  I combined all of these passions into helping people feel better and becoming restored while playing and using exercise as medicine.
