Inner-Mission Employee Retreat

The Inner-Mission Employee Retreat seeks to assist employees in exploring, discerning, and affirming their personal mission and its connection to the mission of Loyola University. The retreat challenges each participant to take time to reflect on their individual purpose and meaning.

"[The retreat] was more than I anticipated. I knew that the amenities and meals would be first class, but I didn't realize how much I would learn about myself, how much I have in common with other Loyolans... and also that I have much to reflect further."

"I did not know what to expect, yet I am leaving with a better perspective of who I am and what LUC has to offer. I had an opportunity to see LUC in a different light and through other employees' eyes."

Retreat Dates for 2018:
  • January 4-5
  • July 11-12
Cost: $25 – Includes four (4) meals, one (1) wine and cheese social night, and one (1) night private lodging.
