Dr. Terry Williams was a faculty member and director of the Higher Education program at Loyola University Chicago and the 53th President of The American College Personnel Association.  He was a mentor, advisor, and friend to many in student affairs and higher education. Williams’ personal, career, and research interests focused on international higher education, particularly the experiences of students who participate in education abroad programs.
