Nicola Fiordalisi’s practice concentrates on the areas of corporate finance, mergers-acquisitions, joint-ventures and general corporate law as well as on international strategic planning and business growth.
Mr. Fiordalisi has advised hundreds of Italian based companies on the planning and establishment of their U.S. manufacturing and sales operations. He has also counseled multicultural corporations in cross-border mergers, acquisitions and venture capital transactions.
Mr. Fiordalisi has worked closely with both Italian and American clients in structuring their financial, commercial and investment transactions, mainly in the area of manufacturing, energy and biotechnology.
He is frequently asked to serve as an international arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association and the International Center for Dispute Resolution. He is an author and speaker on topics of international trade and the legal aspects of doing business in Italy and the United States.
Licensed to practice in the United States and in Italy, Mr. Fiordalisi received a Juris Doctor both from the University of Bologna and Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
