Hollis Hanover is an Associate Director of Career Services and the Director of Employer Outreach at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Hollis received her B.A. from Michigan State University and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Hollis began her legal career as an associate at Much Shelist and Jenner & Block and later served as General Counsel and Chief of Staff for Cook County Commissioner Larry Suffredin. In 2013, Hollis joined the Chicago Bar Foundation as its Director of Development where she was responsible for the CBF’s fundraising initiatives. Hollis has also been an adjunct professor at Loyola having taught Legal Analysis and Writing Enhancement.
In her roles at Loyola, Hollis is responsible for counseling law students as well as performing outreach to law firms and in-house legal departments to identify their hiring needs and how Loyola might be a resource for law clerks, legal interns and associate attorneys.
