Eric Hinton serves as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at 7-Eleven, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Eric’s professional experience includes the development and coordination of compliance and ethics programs involving policy development and implementation, risk assessment, training, inquiries, and internal investigations, and advises on diverse business matters including anti-trust, customs, export controls, and data privacy. Prior to joining 7-Eleven, Eric was the Associate General Counsel at Genband LLC in Frisco, Texas where he negotiated and drafted complex technology and global agreements and advised on litigation and commercial dispute matters.
