About

Shelley Dunck is the Randy L. and Melvin R. Berlin Clinical Professor of Business Law and the Director of the Business Law Clinic at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Prior to joining Loyola, Ms. Dunck was an Associate General Counsel, First Vice President and Associate Secretary at Equity Residential. She also practiced real estate and corporate law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Rosenberg & Liebentritt. Ms. Dunck received a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola, where she was a member of the Law Journal, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
