LawMeet

LawMeet is a national transactional competition designed to provide students with a hands-on experience to develop and hone their transactional legal skills. Student teams travel to law schools across the country to compete against one another in the spring semester. Over the course of 8 weeks at the beginning of the spring term, the team consisting of 2 or 3 students communicate with their client, draft provisions in an agreement, provide mark-ups to another team’s agreement and travel to participate in a live negotiation against opposing teams at law schools across the country.
