Loyola University Chicago School of Law has not sought or received any authorizations or accreditations to offer these on-line degree programs in any jurisdiction outside the United States and makes no representations with respect to the law of any foreign jurisdiction.  It is the responsibility of the student to determine the state of the law, the potential validity, recognition, and use of the on-line degree in the student’s home jurisdiction, and comply with all applicable rules and regulations.  At the request of the student, Loyola University Chicago School of Law will provide a certificate of completion of the LLM or MJ program in lieu of a degree as needed to comply with any applicable local law.
