Online Student Resources

Students can schedule their studies at a time and place convenient to them. The curriculum is accessible 24/7 from any part of the globe. Students work through all courses simultaneously at a suggested study pace.

Students complete writing assignments and other coursework similar to that required in a campus-based program, but with the convenience of submitting their work online. Professor feedback is critical to this method.

Loyola University Chicago’s Instructional Technology and Research Support group provides a number of tutorials and resources for Sakai and other technology available to students.

Students can access the University’s Information Technology Support Help Desk for individual support using these resources.

• Education Immersion Weekends

To enhance the online learning experience, Loyola hosts Education Immersion Weekends (EIWs) on campus several times each year.

EIWs reinforce learning objectives, provide a venue for networking, and foster communication among students, alumni, and faculty. These weekends may be held at Loyola University Chicago School of Law

Prior to each EIW, students should check their Loyola email for announcements about the weekend, including an agenda and instructions for RSVPs. Questions about upcoming EIWs should be directed to lawonlineadvising@luc.edu.

Students are responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements.
