MobilePrint

MobilePrint allows students and the Loyola community to print from any device to our authorized printers throughout our campus locations. Documents can be sent via email and printed from not only on-campus computer labs, kiosk locations, but also from personal devices such as laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Print jobs can then be retrieved from our on-campus MobilePrint station printers. With a variety of ways to submit your print jobs, review the sections below for full information and instructions.

Note that you must login on-campus, either connected to the LUC wireless network, or on an on-campus lab or classroom workstation.

Upload your file(s) you wish to print in the email. Supported file types for printing via email inlcude: Adobe PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Images (.bmp, .jpg, .png, .gif) and Text (.csv, .rtf, .txt).

Double-Sided Printing by Default

All standard Black & White printers are set to print double-sided (duplex) by default as this method reduces waste of paper and supplies, in support of our Sustainability initiatives. As this method removes the need for additional sheets, the cost for duplex printing is discounted when compared to printing two single-sided documents. If you wish to print single-sided (simplex), instead of the double-sided (duplex) default, be cognizant that this will result in a higher cost for the print job as described in the Printing Costs section.
