Requirements and Instructions for International Students who are on an F-1 Visa:
1). Every International Student (F-1 Visa) must fill out this application in order to participate in Internship class.
2). An offer letter from the entity offering the internship must be included with the application
3). The application must be signed by the student’s academic advisor.
