Join the Institute of Pastoral Studies family for an evening with Fr. Peter Nguyen, S.J. as he presents *The Recovery of Contemplation, Memory, and Empathy: The impact of social media on human relationships and the need to recover an Ignatian contemplative vision*.

Fr. Nguyen is currently an Assistant Professor of Theology at Creighton University and is interested in the intersection of spirituality and theology in the lives of the martyrs and the saints. When he is not contemplating martyrdom, he spends his free time doing martial arts, and currently holds a purple belt in jiu-jitsu.
