Program Overview
Loyola University Chicago was awarded the NSF ADVANCE grant in July 2021 for three years. LUC INSPIRED programs act as NSF-funded campus-wide initiative promoting institutional equity with respect to the retention and advancement of women, underrepresented minorities, and women of color faculty in STEM. LUC-INSPIRED is housed within Faculty Affairs, under the Office of the Provost.
NSF ADVANCE is sponsored by the National Science Foundation. The program contributes to the foundation’s goal of promoting a diverse and capable science and engineering workforce within higher education.
