When you enroll your child(ren) at a participating KinderCare Learning Center or Champions Before- and After-School Program, you'll save 10% on the cost of full-time, part-time, and drop-in tuition as a Loyola University Chicago employee.
 
KinderCare Early Foundations Curriculum programs deliver a mix of fun and learning for the following age groups:
  • Infant (6 weeks - 12 months)
  • Toddler (12 - 24 months)
  • Discovery Preschool (2 - 3 years old)
  • Preschool (3 - 4 years old)
  • Prekindergarten (4 - 5 years old)
  • Kindergarten (5 - 6 years old)
Champions Before- and After-School Program offers education and care for school-age children up to 12 years old throughout the year, including during school breaks. KinderCare also offers convenient Summer of Wonder, a variety of six themed programs for preschool, prekindergarten and school-age children. To begin saving, you must present proof of employment at Loyola – such as a current paystub or Loyola identification badge – and request to join the program. Proof of employment with Loyola will be validated annually.
 
Upon enrollment, the Center Director will apply the discount on your next billing cycle. Tuition savings cannot be pre-dated or retroactively applied. This discount may not be combined with any other tuition discounts, although you may select the most favorable discount.
 
This benefit is available to new families, as well as those already enrolled in a participating center. Enrollment is provided on a space-available basis as determined by the centers, and is subject to age acceptance.

Can I enroll my child(ren) at any time, or are there specific enrollment windows?

You can enroll your child(ren) at any time though Loyola’s KinderCare discount does not begin until January 1, 2019. If the center or site does not have available space for your child, you will be placed on a waitlist. Contact the center or site of your choice directly for information about space availability and waitlist procedures.

Can the savings be combined with other offers, such as sibling discounts?

Only one recurring tuition benefit may be applied to a family’s account. Families who qualify for more than one tuition benefit offer will be allowed to choose the best one for them.

Does the benefit apply to all children in my family?

Our tuition benefit program is applicable for children ages six weeks to 12 years of whom you have legal custody. Ages served may vary by location.

How do I start using my employer-sponsored tuition benefit?

When you contact the center, let them know that you are eligible for employer-sponsored tuition and tell them you work for Loyola University Chicago. Upon enrollment, your Center Director will ask you to provide a pay stub or employer ID to verify that you are eligible for the benefit. By the next billing cycle, the savings will be applied to your tuition.

What is the process for enrolling?

To find a center that is convenient for your family, visit www.kindercare.com/luc or call 888-525-2780. Contact the center(s) you are interested in and schedule a time to bring your child in to visit and find out about enrollment.

What identification is considered acceptable proof of employment?

A current paystub or employee identification badge is acceptable proof of employment. You may black out private information when submitting a copy of your paystub. Proof of employment with Loyola University Chicago will be validated annually.
