Human Resources reminds you that OneExchange will transition to Via Benefits on March 1, 2018.
Why the transition? The word “via” literally means “traveling through a place to a destination.” When most people hear this phrase, they think of a path or journey. The journey is different for each client and each participant, but the destination is the same: employers can offer a tailored benefits solution that best meets their needs and diverse workforce population and participants are empowered to choose and use personalized health, wealth and protection benefits, and get full value from the choices they make.
The name change will not impact your retiree benefits. However, websites and communication materials regarding retiree information will reflect Via Benefits, including new branding and marketing materials. In addition, OneExchange websites that you may have bookmarked in your internet browser will automatically route to the new Via Benefits webpage (housing relevant information).
Supplemental to this notice, retirees will receive updates regarding the name change via websites, newsletters, and home delivery notifications throughout March 2018. In addition, Via Benefits will include ongoing reminders in regularly scheduled communications (i.e. fall open enrollment newsletter) throughout 2018.
If you have additional questions regarding the name change and/or your retiree benefits administered by Via Benefits, please contact Via Benefits’ Customer Service at
1-855-229-3283 (Monday thru Friday from 7:00AM - 8:00PM CST). If you are calling from outside of the United States, please dial 1-801-994-980.
Alternatively, additional retiree-related information is available online: Medicare.OneExchange.com/Loyola
As always, feel free to review Loyola’s Retiree Benefits website to learn more about retiree related information (i.e. forms and resources).
