Honors Residence Experience

The Honors Program offers a small, close-knit community in the heart of a major metropolis.

Freshmen Honors students reside together in modern facilities located right next to each other on the southern half of the Lakeshore Campus. Here, students build a strong community, interacting with peers, Resident Assistants, and faculty, while taking in academic, social, and cultural events on campus, at the lake, and in the city.

The Honors program does not require second-year honors students to reside together; therefore, they will participate in Room Selection for their second-year housing.
