Faculty Certificate in Experiential Learning:

The Center for Engaged Learning, Teaching, and Scholarship (CELTS) offers a faculty certificate program for Loyola's faculty to build strategies in teaching experiential learning courses. Faculty will be encouraged to engage in five workshops and as a culminating project, faculty will share a course syllabus including the experiential learning course elements. Upon completion of the series, faculty participants will:

  • Earn a faculty development certificate in experiential learning
  • Be named a Community-Engaged Experiential Learning Scholar
  • Have priority access to Engaged Teaching and Learning Faculty Funding

Instructional Technology and Research Support:

Instructional Technology & Research Support (ITRS) is a service-oriented group committed to enriching the educational experience at Loyola University Chicago. Our mission is to support faculty in their efforts to integrate technology and innovation inot teaching and research to create meaningul learning experiences for students. We are readily available for online and campus consultations at Health Sciences, Lake Shore, adn Water Tower.

Student-Centered Design and Learning Workshops:

Presented by the Faculty Center for Ignatian Pedagogy.

Faculty Pathway Series:

The Faculty Pathway Series includes workshops for faculty at all stages of their careers. Although created with mid- to late-career faculty in mind, all are welcome to attend.
