Bylaws of the Council of Graduate School Programs
Program Development
Please note: as of summer 2024, proposals for Intent, New Programs, and Program Modifications must be entered into the Curriculum Inventory Management system. Please contact your Dean’s office for information on training.
In addition to completing relevant forms if appropriate, please also submit as an addendum with the form:
- A discussion of how the proposed change(s) fit within what goes on at the program’s benchmark institutions.
- A substantive statement of support from the Dean of the School (when appropriate).
- A description of the plans for implementation of the proposed change(s).

In addition to completing this outline, please also submit:
- External letters of review
- Accreditor information, if relevant
- Letters of support from Dean(s)
