How have you benefited from the Gannon Scholars program?

The Gannon scholars program has provided me with the most amazing support network that is free of judgement, and has introduced me to a group of strong, caring women who can offer me advice on any topic under the sun, and challenge me to think more complexly about issues. I have become more educated and vocal about my passions through Gannon, and they have pushed me to have the confidence to pursue my goals and push through obstacles.

Why is the mission of women's leadership important to you?

Women's leadership has always been incredibly important to me, as women are systematically underrepresented in many important fields. Programs that focus on female leadership are helping transform society into a more just and equitable one.
