Spring 2016 Gilman info session

The Fellowship Office will hold an information session on the Gilman Scholarship, for undergraduates to study abroad, directly following the Study Abroad Fair on Thursday, February 11. Check our homepage for further information and the registration link.

Six spring GIG winners!

The Fellowship Office is pleased to announce six winners of our Gilman Incentive Grant!  Each student applied for a Gilman Scholarship by the March 1 deadline, to study abroad in summer or fall 2016.  They are:

 

Gabriella Barajas (Honorable Mention): sophomore in International studies, for her proposal to study at the LUC Rome Center.

 

Elizabeth Dahlin (Honorable Mention): junior in Psychology, for her proposal to study in Chile.

 

 

Dillon Dewitt (Winner): junior in Social Work, for his proposal to study in Rwanda and Uganda.

 

 

Johanna Jimenez (Honorable Mention): sophomore in Anthropology and English, for her proposal to study in Costa Rica.

 

Vanessa Spilotro (Winner): junior in International Studies and Psychology for her proposal to study at the LUC Rome Center.

 

 Emily Tolley (Honorable Mention): sophomore in Social Work, for her proposal to study in Australia.
