Shelley Dunck
Shelley Dunck is the Randy L. and Melvin R. Berlin Clinical Professor of Business Law and the Director of the Business Law Clinic at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a student run live client transactional law clinic with over 150 active clients. Professor Dunck teaches experiential learning classes in contract drafting and transactional law, and supervises law students in the representation of for profit and not for profit start-ups. Professor Dunck holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she was a member of the Law Journal. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan. After graduating from law school, Professor Dunck practiced with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Rosenberg & Liebentritt. In addition, before joining the law school, Professor Dunck was the Associate General Counsel, First Vice President, and Associate Secretary of Equity Residential in Chicago. She is currently a member of the Advisory Board for the Family Business Center and the World Bank Global Forum on Law, Justice and Development.
