Before registering, we encourage families to review our full schedule and list of Frequently Asked Questions.
Online registration for Family Weekend 2024 is scheduled to open by noon on July 1. A link to register will be posted here then. Online registration will close at end of day on Thursday, September 19 so we can prepare for Check-In. We plan to have on-site registration available that weekend.
We strive to plan a weekend that is open to all who want to participate, but because events are held in physical spaces, we may reach capacity for certain events that weekend.
Please note that any minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by adult family members while on campus.
Please remember to register your current Loyola student along with family member guests so we have accurate guest counts to order food and make other plans.
Because we order food and plan events well in advance of the event dates, we are unable to grant refunds. If you have questions, please email FamilyWeekend@luc.edu.
Registration fees through Thursday, September 5, 2024:
- Adult Guest (11 years old +) Registration - $33 per person
- Current Loyola Student Registration - $15 per person
- Child Weekend Package (under 11 years old) - Free

- Adult Guest (11 years old +) Registration - $40 per person
- Current Loyola Student Registration - $15 per person
- Child Weekend Package (under 11 years old) - Free
