Become a strong and effective leader.

Cultivating Your Leadership Style and Presence is designed to equip professionals from all backgrounds and industry to develop key skills for leading others. The course will help leaders discover and grow their personal leadership capabilities, understand the motivations and stressors of people on their team, practice influence and executive presence, create equitable and inclusive environments, and explore Ignatian lessons on leadership.
